of course, i think he will return.i didn't mean he is going to quit in the near future,but who can tell. about the quit, in the NHK document the tirp to south pole.maybe that's a joke.
i think he will be on screen again.
i remembered that he was in the interview with Sandra NG,when Sandra asked him, what will he do 10 years later.he said if the director still find him to act, he will still accpet the job.so don't worry he will be back. always liking TK |

He considers quitting??!!!!! Oh, no!!!!  Boy, does it hurt… Tracy, you’re killing me without a knife.
It’s such a pity… What a shame!  I believe his best role is still awaiting him. Though of course, if he thinks otherwise, our wishful thinking won’t change anything.
Maybe, it’s only strange from my own point of view, but why, tell me why he’s never been given a SINGLE award for his acting  though his acting and his choice of films especially since Space Travelers has been going from strength to strength (not to mention his two Wong Kar Wai films)? Tell me why the directors try to cast him in costume dramas only lately? It’s true he’s magnificent in them, but still he can do ANYTHING on the screen. Why not try something fresh and deep-going? Or am I just being bitter?
Anyway, it may be foolish, but I’ll still hope he will return. |
